我国已经将实施创新驱动发展提升到了重要的战略高度,因此对国家层面的创新调查活动进行研究在现阶段具有十分重要的意义。以2015年英国创新调查为例,与我国2014年全国企业创新调查进行对比,探讨国外创新调查对我国的借鉴意义。从创新定义、调查方法、实际回收、结果分析等方面进行比较,并提出相关建议:强化需求导向,开展全面调查;充分利用数据,加强与其他官方统计融合;对标国际做法,加强创新监测评价研究;加快平台建设,构建创新调查网络平台。

Innovation-driven development has been promoted to an important strategic position in China,therefore it is important to carry out a national level research about innovation survey.The paper takes British innovation survey in2015as an example to compare with China's enterprise innovation survey in2014,discusses its significance of reference to our country.From the perspectives of innovation definition,ways,actual recovery and result analysis,it gives some suggestions:strengthen the oriented demand and conduct a comprehensive survey;make full use of data and strengthen integration with other official statistics;strengthen innovation monitoring and evaluation research by referring to international practice;speed up platform construction and build innovative survey network platform.
