摘要
转向架是机车车辆的核心部件之一,其结构是否合理直接影响机车车辆的运行品质、动力性能和行车安全,而目前国内针对动车组转向架进行三维建模过程介绍的文献较少,铁路部门生产运用单位以及高校院所等机构缺乏相关资料进行参考。因此,以CRH380AL高速动车组为研究对象,在充分分析其结构特点和尺寸参数的基础上,对其动力转向架的构架、轴箱、空气弹簧等关键零件、一系悬挂等典型组件及总装配体进行了三维模型的建立,为动车组转向架的技术推广、优化设计和仿真分析奠定了基础。
The bogie is one of the core components of vehicle,its structure is reasonable or not directly affect the locomotive running quality,dynamic performance and traffic safety,and the EMU bogie modeling process of introducing literature,using the production unit,the railway departments of universities and institutes of institutions such as the lack of relevant information for reference.Therefore,based on the CRH380AL high-speed EMU as the research object,based on the full analysis of the structure and size parameters on the power bogie frame,axle box,air spring suspension,a key part of the typical components and assembly of ligands to build the three-dimensional model,laid the foundation for EMU steering design and Simulation Technology promotion.
