摘要
针对市场上普通燃气表电机阀为保证阀门关闭需要使电机堵转的缺点,基于TRIZ理论提出了一种新型燃气表电机阀结构。该电机阀由电机、阀体、螺旋传动机构和防堵转机构等组成,通过电机驱动防堵转机构旋转从而带动螺旋传动机构传动完成开关阀门。防堵转机构通过带有凸台的可变形异形轮与内多边形齿轮的配合,起到传动作用并且可以有效的防止电机堵转。通过Solid Works建立了该新型燃气表电机阀的三维模型,利用ANSYS对防堵转机构进行柔性化处理,然后利用ADAMS对柔性化后的模型进行了动力学仿真,仿真分析了该燃气表电机阀的运动特性,结果表明该燃气表电机阀满足使用传动和防堵转要求。
Aiming at the disadvantages that in order to ensure the general gas meter valve closed that needs the motor locked rotor,based on the theory of TRIZ a new type of gas meter motor valve structure is proposed.The motor valve consists of motor,valve body,screw drive mechanism and anti-stall mechanism and so on,through the motor turns the anti-stall mechanism rotate the screw mechanism to open and close valve.The anti-stall mechanism can effectively prevent the motor from stalling by the cooperation of the deformable profiled wheel with bosses and the inner polygon gear.Establishing the three-dimensional model of the new gas meter motor valve by software SolidWorks and flexibly process is done to the model by ANSYS.Then doing the kinematic simulation of the flexible body by ADAMS.The motion characteristics of the gas valve are analyzed by simulation,the results show that the gas meter motor valve meets the requirements of the use of transmission and anti-stall.
