校训校风视阈下高校思想政治教育优化路径研究

Research on Expanding the Front of Ideological and Political Education on College Students Based on the School Motto and Ethos

校训校风是开展大学生思想政治教育的宝贵资源,但目前效果并不理想。本文在调研的基础上,结合学校实际,从塑造人格、优化品质、奋力发展、谋划成才等方面阐述了校训校风的思想政治教育价值,结合现实状况,提出了从制度建设、教育主体、多途径宣传、专项教育和落实践行等措施着手依托校训校风开展大学生思想政治教育工作。

School motto and school ethos are valuable resources to carry out ideological and political education,but the current effect is not ideal.On the basis of investigation and survey,combined with the reality of schools,from shaping personality,optimizing the quality,struggling development,planning talent and other aspects,this paper elaborated the value of the ideological and the political education of school motto and school ethos.Besides,combined with the reality,the institutional construction,the subject of education,multi-channel propaganda,specific education,implementation and other measures were put forward to carry out the work of ideological and political education of college students relying on the school motto and school ethos.
