摘要
近年来,尽管农村教师的社会地位有所提升,但是由于工资待遇低、职称评定难、晋升空间小等方面的原因,当前农村青年教师流失问题愈加严重,甚至影响到了农村中小学教学活动的正常进行。文章从人本主义理论视角对农村青年教师现状进行分析,找出青年教师流失的根源所在,提出针对性解决措施,以期能改善农村中小学青年教师流失问题,提高农村教师队伍的稳定性。
In recent years,despite the fact that the social status of rural teachers has improved,but due to low wages,few opportunities of academic title evaluation and promotion,the loss of rural young teachers becomes more serious,and even affects the normal order of teaching activities in primary and secondary schools.This paper analyzes the current situation of young teachers in rural areas from the perspective of humanism theory,finds out the root causes of the loss of young teachers,and puts forward targeted measures,hoping to improve the situation and ensure the stability of teaching staff in rural areas.
