A Probe into the Path of Promoting the Comprehensive Ability of Postgraduates

研究生教育承担着为国家培养适应现代化建设所需要的高素质综合性人才的重任,探索研究生综合能力提升路径意义重大。本文从社会、培养单位及研究生自身三方面出发,论述了目前我国在研究生培养教育工作中所存在的问题与影响因素,从研究生的思想政治素质能力、学术科研与创新能力、非专业社会能力等方面针对性地探索了研究生综合能力提升的方法与路径,为研究生的培养与教育提供了参考。

Postgraduate education undertakes the task of cultivating high-quality comprehensive talents needed for the modernization of the country,and it is of great significance to explore the path of improving the comprehensive ability of postgraduates.This paper discusses the problems and influencing factors of postgraduate education in China from the aspects of society,training units and postgraduates themselves.From the ideological and political ability,academic research and innovation ability,non-professional social ability of postgraduates,this paper explores the methods and path of improving the comprehensive ability of postgraduates,which provides a reference for the cultivation and education of postgraduates.
