摘要
本文分析了食品专业英语教学过程中碰到的问题,对食品英语运用能力的培养、课程教学模式及教学考核等方面进行了改革探索,为进一步提高食品专业英语的教学质量,保证良好的教学效果提供参考。
This paper analyzes the problems in the process of food specialized English teaching.The development of food English applied ability and the reform of curriculum teaching mode and teaching assessment are carried out in order to provide references for further improving the teaching quality of food specialized English and ensuring good teaching results.
