摘要 体谅关心理论是西方现代德育理论中重要流派之一,该理论渗透着丰硕的人本主义价值观与关怀人性的教育思想,对幼儿教师德育培养与师德建设具有重要的指导意义。该模式为创新幼儿教师道德培养提供了全新的研究视角,通过深入理解该模式的内涵及对幼儿教师道德素养的影响,并就其对幼儿教师德育培养课程设置的影响进行微观探讨。 The theory of understanding and care is one of the important schools in Western modern moral education theory.The theory permeates rich humanistic values and the educational thoughts of human nature,which is of great significance to the moral cultivation of preschool education teachers and the construction of their professional ethics.This mode provides a new perspective for the innovation of preschool education teachers'moral cultivation.Through in-depth understanding of the connotation of the mode and its influence on the moral quality of preschool education teachers,the microcosmic discussion of its influence on the moral education curriculum for preschool education teachers is carried out.
