基于超分辨图像复原的核孔膜孔径测量

摘要 文章介绍了一种核孔膜的光学显微测量方法,并阐述了PMLE算法的基本原理,利用matlab编程对该算法的有效性进行了验证。最后,利用超分辨图像复原理论对6μm核孔膜的测量结果进行了处理,较为准确地测量了核孔直径。文章解决了测量中的一些实际问题,具有一定的应用前景和价值。 In this paper,an optical microscopic measurement method of nuclear pore membrane is introduced,and the basic principle of PMLE algorithm is expounded.The validity of the algorithm is verified by matlab programming.Finally,the results of super-resolution image restoration theory are used to measure the results of6μm nucleus-film,and the diameter of nuclei is measured accurately.The content of this article has a certain attraction for engineering personnel,and solves some practical problems in measurement.It has a certain application prospect and value.
