摘要
阐述了应用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对牙科铸造贵金属合金中贵金属含量进行分析检测。研制牙科铸造贵金属检测用工作标样,结合基本参数法和标准工作曲线法,通过一定的数据处理,对于不同类型的牙科铸造贵金属合金,得到不同的校准曲线,从而测得牙科铸造贵金属合金中的贵金属含量。测试结果与其他方法(ICP-AES法、AA法)结果比较,证明方法准确可行,且此方法更简单,快速,无损。
The XRF method was applied to the determination of precious metals’content of dental precious metal alloy.Using FPM and standard curve method,through specific technical operation,we could get different calibration curves for different type of alloy.Compared with ICP and AA methods,the EDXRF method was proved to be available and more simple and rapid.
