摘要
配气机构作为柴油机的两大机构之一,其组件的工作条件比较恶劣。本文以TBD234V6型柴油机作为动态强度和寿命计算方法的验证对象,基于多体动力学软件ADAMS/Views和疲劳寿命分析软件MSC.Fatigue,对配气机构中推杆、摇臂、气门等建立刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,进行动态强度和寿命计算,并作出相应判断。
Valve train is one of the two diesel engine frameworks and the working condition of it is very poor.This paper establishes the dynamic models of push rod,rocker arm and valve of valve train of a diesel engineTBD234V6with the software ADAMS/Views and MSC.to calculate the dynamic strength and life of them.Theresults indicate that the dynamics performance of the valve train meets the needs of diesel engines.
