Improvement in Installation Processof Overboard Discharge Pipe

本文针对之前安装排舷外管过程中存在的一些不足之处,提出了一种新的划线开孔工艺,以方便施工人员记忆、提高安装精度、节省劳动时间、避免反工废工、提高焊缝质量。

In view of the shortcomings in the installation process of overboard discharge pipe,this paper putsforward a new process of scribing and opening hole to improve the installation accuracy,save time and avoid reworkand hard work,ensuring the quality of the weld and the molding and increasing the weld pass rate,including UT、MT and PT etc.
