摘要 为经济、快速地将北极地区丰富的石油资源运往亚洲地区,针对北极的气候和冰情,设计一艘采用双向推进方式并带有破冰功能的阿芙拉型原油运输船,并为该船设计一条合适的东北航道。该船能在夏秋季节的3个月沿东北航道航行,将英国北海油田及俄罗斯西伯利亚油田的原油运输至东亚港口,其余时间可在北海和波罗的海区域作为穿梭油船或常规航线上的普通阿芙拉油船运营。详细阐述航道细节及该双向推进油船的设计思路和主要特点,并对其运营经济性进行分析。 A double acting ice breaking Aframax crude oil tanker is designed in accordance with the climate and ice condition in the Arctic area.At the same time,a northeast route is specially designed for the ship to transport crude oil from the oil fields at British North Sea and Russian Siberia to East Asia during the three months in summer and autumn.For the rest of the year,the ship is operated as a shuffle tanker or a conventional Aframax tanker in the North Sea and Baltic Sea region.This paper elaborates the details of the route,the design concept and the main characteristics of the double acting tanker,as well as its operational efficiency.
