摘要
针对小规格SWRH77B高碳钢盘条抗拉强度偏高、力学性能波动大等问题,对SWRH77B盘条生产工艺进行了优化。通过优化C、Mn、Cr化学成分,优化吐丝温度、斯太尔摩辊道速度等控冷工艺参数,研究高线关键工艺控制点,最终使盘条抗拉强度平均值下降50 MPa,抗拉强度波动范围由100 MPa降低为70 MPa,金相组织良好,索氏体化率86%,总脱碳层深度最大值为0.08 mm,产品质量稳定,能够满足市场需求。
The production process of SWRH77B wire rod was optimized in order to solve the problemof the high tensile strength and big fluctuation of mechanical property of small sized SWRH77B highcarbon wire rod.The critical process control procedures of high speed wire rod were studied by optimizing C,Mn and Cr chemical composition and the process parameters of controlled cooling such aslaying temperature and Stelmor roller table speed.Eventually the average tensile strength of wire roddropped by50MPa with tensile strength fluctuation range changing from100MPa to70MPa.Metallographic structure presented sound with the sorbite rate of86%and the total decarburization layer of0.08mm.The product quality was stable and could meet the requirement by the market.
