MES系统服务器的升级改造

MES Server Upgrade

为保证中厚板制造执行系统(MES)的正常运行,缓解生产数据的处理压力,对系统服务器的软件和硬件进行大规模的升级改造,实施历史数据归档管理,将历史数据进行分离,提高了系统的运行效率,满足了MES的各种统计计算要求,使在线数据处理速度更快,运算能力更强,降低了运行成本,满足了信息化生产管理的要求。

In order to ensure the normal running of Medium and Heavy Plate Mill informatization and alleviate the processing pressure of production data,the software and hardware of system server were upgraded in scale and history data filing management was implemented.Hence,history data were separated and the running efficiency of the system was improved.The statistic and calculation requirement of MES were met.Consequently online data processing,with faster speed,stronger operation capacity and lowered running cost,met the requirement by informatization production management.
