摘要
为满足生产165 mm系列矩形坯的需要,对天津天钢联合特钢有限公司R10.5 m六机六流连铸机的出坯系统进行改造,将原捞钢机改造为推钢机,原单流出坯辊道出坯改为多流共用辊道出坯,步进冷床改为平推分堆冷床,同时调整控制监控方式及工艺参数。改造后的出坯系统结构简单,铸坯移送能力提高,能够满足不同定尺的生产要求,保证出坯系统长时间稳定高效运行,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to meet the requirement of producing165mm rectangular billet,the run-out system of R10.5m six machine six strand continuous casting machine was modified to change original cross transfer into pusher,original single strand run-out roller table into multiple strand common runout roller table and working beam cooling bed into pushing stack cooling bed and adjust and control the monitoring mode and process parameters.After modification the structure of run-out system was simple and billet transferring capacity improved.The production requirements posed by billets with different cutting lengths were met and the long term,stable and high efficient operation of run-out system was ensured.Good economic effect was achieved.
