摘要
结合炼轧厂的生产工艺、煤气回收系统流程和装置、环境因素和冶炼过程的操作特点,分析了转炉煤气中毒、爆炸事故的原因。通过制定转炉煤气回收系统安全运行的有效措施,降低了事故发生率,保证了转炉煤气资源利用率,取得了较好的经济效益。
The causes for gas poisoning and explosion accidents were analyzed in combination with the operation characteristics of production process,gas recovery system flow and equipment,environmental factors and melting process in Steel-making and Rolling Plant.Through the formulation of effective measures for the safe running of converter gas recovery system,the accident rate was reduced and the utilization rate of converter gas resource ensured.Good economic benefit was gained.
