摘要
对天钢烧结烟气中二氧化硫、氮氧化物、粉尘的等各种污染物进行了研究和分析,结合生产条件,提出了对各种污染物实行逐项治理、分段控制的技术创新路线,即从原料配入控制(源头控制)、烧结工艺控制(过程控制)、烟气处理(末端治理)等三个方面完成对烧结烟气中各种污染物的治理,投资和运行费用低,使烟气排放标准优于现有环保技术指标,减少了治理废弃物排放的二次污染。
The author studied and analyzed various pollutants of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide and dust in Tiangang sintering flue gas and in combination with production conditions put forward a technical innovation route of individual treatment and sectional control over pollutants,i.e.,implementing treatment from three aspects of raw material blending control(source control),sintering process control(process control)and flue gas treatment(end treatment).The route,with low investment and running cost,brought flue gas emission superior to existing environmental technical indices and reduced secondary pollution by treating waste emission.
