职业变迁与挤出效应:专业社会工作介入村居服务的影响因素研究——基于上海市S区的调查数据

Occupational Change and Crowding-out:A Study on the Influencing Factors of Professional Social Work Intervening in Village Service:Based on the survey data of Shanghai S District

本文在上海市S区数据分析的基础上,实证分析了村居工作人员转变为村居社会工作者对专业社会工作介入村居社会服务的影响。结果表明:村居工作人员的职业转变对专业社会工作的村居服务介入存在重要影响,并且与专业社会工作介入的服务领域呈现出复杂的相关关系。同时,通过多项回归检验和相对风险比的分析,我们发现,虽然目前村居社会服务体系的多元主体格局对专业社工的介入存在积极影响,但村居社会工作者的"名实分离"导致了村居民对社会工作的认知偏差,形成了对专业社会工作的挤出效应。

Based on the data of S District in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the impact of community workers from public servants to community social workers on community service and professional social work.The results show that the career change of community workers has a significant impact on the involvement of professional social workers in community service,and it is positively related to the field of social assistance and professional and technical services outside the field of professional services.However,in the analysis of multiple regression tests and the analysis of the relative risk ratio,although the multi-agency structure of the village social service system can promote the involvement of professional social workers,but the social workers of the"real separation"led to the village residents on the professional Social work cognitive bias,and thus the professional social work of the village involved in the formation of a crowding effect.
