国外DFC实践及启示

A Study of DFC in Most Global Countries

全球人口结构高龄化态势严峻,导致认知症老人数量剧增,给世界各国的社会经济带来巨大压力。因此,一股积极探索和实践DFC(Dementia Friendly Community)行动的热潮涌向全球。英国制定国家认知症战略,为地方积极推进提供政策保障;日本注重加强认知症早期干预,全面转变公众负面认知;美国不断修订国家认知症计划,同时开发和推广DFC工具包等。我国目前尚未对认知症老人照护投入足够的重视力,但是为尽早应对我国认知症老人数量高峰到来的风险,我国政府各部门应当联合制定认知症照护发展规划,推动早期干预政策及试点,本土化改造DFC工具包。

The situation of the oldest-old aging in most global countries is grim,leading to a sharp increase in the number of the aged with dementia and heavy social and economic pressure.To address the upcoming dementia crisis,many countries are exploring and carrying out the DFC(Dementia Friendly Community)program.The UK draws up a national strategy and provides policy support for local actively advancing.The Japan focus on strengthening the early intervention of the aged with dementia,aiming at a comprehensive transformation of the negative public perception.The US continues to revise the national plan,while developing and promoting the DFC Toolkit.At present,our country has not yet invested enough attention to the elderly with dementia.However,to proactively address the risk as soon as possible,we should develop jointly a national plan for the aged with dementia,promoting early-intervention policies and pilots,customizing the existing DFC Toolkit.
