学龄前儿童头发矿物元素分布及其与注意力缺陷多动障碍Conners教师用量表评分的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解幼儿头发中铁、钙、锌、镁四种矿物元素的分布特点,探讨其与注意力缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)Conners教师用量表评分的相关性。方法在南宁市3所幼儿园(A、B、C)收集学龄前儿童枕部至耳后发迹的头发,用火焰原子吸收法测量头发铁、钙、锌、镁四种矿物元素的含量。选择Conners教师用量表给儿童评分,并与头发中矿物元素含量进行相关性分析。结果 A、B、C幼儿园的受试对象共159人,各幼儿园北童的性别、年龄构成差异无统计学意义。三所学校儿童头发的钙含量分别为(447.34±168.62)、(312.14±215.95)和(537.84±205.76)μg/g,镁含量分别为(40.95±33.45)、(26.82±31.75)和(44.05±28.08)μg/g;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而锌含量分别为(173.63±110.93)、(154.0±93.75)和(149.63±68.69)μg/g,铁含量分别为(33.76±31.49)、(27.82±42.31)和(25.40±20.288)μg/g;差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Conners量表总分分别为(20.02±13.20)、(11.29±5.32)、(24.28±11.04),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。儿童头发的铁、钙、镁、锌含量与Conners量表总分之间均没有线性相关(P>0.05),但钙、镁含量与Conners量表得分等级具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。钙、镁的含量减少时,Conners量表得分升高,可能被诊断为ADHD的可能性也越高。结论学龄前儿童头发钙、镁含量与Conners教师用量表评分存在相关性,头发元素测定有可能作为诊断ADHD的一个依据,干预钙、镁元素可能会改善ADHD的评分。 Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of iron,calcium,zinc and magnesium in thehair of young children,and explore the correlation between mineral elements and the score of attention-deficit hyperactivitydisorder(ADHD)evaluted by Conners teacher rating scale.Methods The survey was conducted in threekindergartens(A,B,C)in Nanning City,preschool children's head hair samples were colledted and iron,calcium,zinc and magnesium in hair was analyzed with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The score of Conners's teachersscale was used to evaluate symptoms of ADHD in children,and the correlation between the score and the mineral elementcontent in the hair was analyzed.Results A total of159children were chosen in three kindergartens,the differencein gender,age was not statistically significant.The hair calcium levels of A,B,C kindergarten childrenwas(447.34±168.62),(312.14±215.95),(537.84±205.76)μg/g,magnesium levels was(40.95±33.45),(26.82±31.75),(44.05±28.08)μg/g,showing significant difference among three kindergarten(P<0.05).While the hair zinc levels of A,B,C kindergarten children was(173.63±110.93),(154.0±93.75),(149.63±68.69)μg/g,hair iron levels was(33.76±31.49),(27.82±42.31),(25.40±20.288)μg/g,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of Conners scale of A,B,C kindergartenwere(20.02±13.20),(11.29±5.32)and(24.28±11.04),with no significant difference(P=0.6732).There was nosignificant correlation between the level of hair iron,calcium,magnesium or zinc and ADHD score in children(P>0.05),but there was a significant correlation between the levels of hair calcium and ADHD score(P<0.05).The lowerthe level of hair calcium and magnesium,the higher the grade of score,and the higher possibility of being diagnosedwith ADHD.Conclusion The level of hair calcium and magnesium is correlated with the grade of ADHD score inpreschool children.Testing mineral elements of hair may help the diagnosis of ADHD,and the intervention of calciumand magnesium may improve the rating of ADHD in childern.
