纳米银-聚乙烯复合膜中4种添加剂的检测 被引量:3

摘要 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,构建纳米银-聚乙烯复合包装膜中2种抗氧化剂和2种光稳定剂的检测方法。复合膜经甲苯溶解,离心净化,氮吹,采用甲醇复溶后过膜,再进行HPLC分析。以XBridge TM C18作为色谱柱,以甲醇作为流动相,采用外标法定量检测。实验结果表明,4种添加剂的峰面积与其质量浓度在各自的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,确定系数r2>0.998 9,方法的回收率在81.6%~101.8%范围内,相对标准偏差在1.4%~9.1%之间。4种添加剂的检出限为0.03~0.30μg/mL,定量限为0.10~1.00μg/mL。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for analysis of2antioxidants and2light stabilizers in polyethylene-silver nanocomposites was developed.The film was dissolved with toluene,and cleaned with centrifugal.Then the solution was filtered through nitrogen blowing before analyzed through HPLC.The separation was performed on XBridgeTM C18,while methanol was used as the mobile phase and quantified by external standard method.The results indicated that the method had good linear relationships with coefficient r2>0.9989.The average recoveries of the4additives were in the range of81.6%~101.8%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of1.4%~9.1%.The limits of detection(LODs)were0.03~0.30μg/mL and the limits of quantification(LOQ)were0.10~1.00μg/mL.
