摘要
提出一种基于边缘检测的视觉反馈误差扩散半色调算法。首先,对原图像进行误差扩散,然后采用LOG算子提取原图像和半色调图像的边缘信息;接着计算原始图像边缘信息与半色调图像边缘信息之间的视觉差,并将该视觉差利用反馈函数传递到原图像,得到新的连续调图像;最后,对新的连续调图像进行误差扩散,得到最终的半色调图像。实验仿真结果表明,相较于标准误差扩散和快速误差扩散,所提算法在主观感受和客观评价方面都有较大提升,是一种有效的半色调图像生成方法。
A visual feedback error diffusion halftoning algorithm based on edge detection was presented.Firstly,the original image was error-diffused,and the edge information of the original image and halftone image was extracted by the LOG operator.Then the visual difference between the original image edge information and the halftone image edge information was calculated with the feedback function of the visual difference.Finally,the new halftone image was spread by error diffusion to get the final halftone image.Experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm improved greatly in subjective perception and objective evaluation compared with the error diffusion and fast error diffusion,and was an effective method for generating halftone images.
