摘要
“互联网+”的兴起对传统餐饮企业的发展产生巨大影响。通过对“互联网+”餐饮企业用户行为包括在线订餐用户就业与收入情况、订餐渠道、订餐原因、关注因素、可接受送餐时间、团购用户选择团购的原因、团购渠道方式、餐饮团购满意度进行研究,对用户行为特征进行总结;并对“互联网+”对传统餐饮企业带来的机遇与挑战进行分析,最后提出传统餐饮企业转型策略。
The rise of"Internet plus"has had a huge impact on the development of traditional catering enterprises.By doing research on“Internet+”catering business user behavior includes online ordering user employment and income,reservation channel,reason of ordering,attention factor,acceptable delivery time,group-buying users choose the way to the cause of the group,group purchase channels,catering group buying satisfaction to summarize the user behavior characteristics;and also analyzes the opportunities and challenges posed by the"Internet plus"to traditional catering enterprises,Finally,the transformation strategy of traditional catering enterprises was proposed.
