摘要
能见度是一项重要的气象要素,它的准确测量对多个行业有重要意义。然而,现有的仪器测量方式存在成本较高、安装困难、操作复杂等不足。为了有效简便的测算能见度,从视频图像入手,将图像分成若干窗格,计算出各窗格的灰度均值与均方差作为因子,通过因子与能见度的相关性分析,筛选出较优因子与最优兴趣窗格来建立模型,拟合出能见度值。研究结果表明:就所选因子而言,均方差模拟效果较均值优;最优兴趣窗格的能见度方法研究的下线约为50 m,50 m以上的能见度情况下拟合结果良好。
Visibility is an important meteorological element,Its accurate measurement is of great significance to many industries.However,the existing instrument measurement methods have the shortcomings of high cost,difficult installation,complicated operation and so on.For simple and effective measurement of visibility,from the start of the video image,image is divided into several panes,calculate each pane of the gray mean and standard deviation as a factor,through the correlation factors and visibility analysis,screened optimum factor and the optimal interest pane to build models,fitting the visibility values.The research results show that:in terms of the selected factors,the average variance simulation effect is better than the mean.The bottom line of the method is50m,and the fitting results are good under the visibility condition of more than50meters.
