广西北部湾经济区城市土地利用效率与经济发展耦合关系研究

Research on Coupling Relation Between Urban Land Use Efficiency and Economy Development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

广西北部湾经济区的经济发展不可避免地伴生着土地资源的利用,科学地分析并定量识别其经济增长与土地利用效率之间的耦合关系,对于高效利用有限的土地资源发展区域经济具有重要的意义。基于耦合理论,选取研究区生产总值、财政收入、第二产业总产值、第三产业总产值、固定资产投资总额5个经济增长指标,选取地均固定资产投资、地均二、三产业从业人数、地均液化石油气供气量、地均供水量、地均供电量、城市人口密度、人均住房建筑面积、人均道路面积、地均GDP、地均二、三产业总产值、建成区绿化覆盖率11个土地利用效率指标,测算广西北部湾经济区2003-2013年间经济增长和土地利用效率的综合发展水平,分析各地级市的经济增长和土地利用效率的耦合关系及协调发展程度,在GIS技术支持下,分析二者协调发展度在空间上的差异。研究结果表明:广西北部湾经济区土地利用效率与经济发展耦合关系处于良好或高水平耦合阶段,但协调发展度整体偏低,即二者处于高耦合低协调的发展水平。6个地级城市中,南宁的经济增长与土地利用效率协调发展度最高,但仍处于勉强协调状态,最差是崇左,处于中度失调状态,其余各市基本处于轻度失调状态。

Economic development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone was inevitably associated with the use of land resources.It was significant for developing regional economy under limited land resources to analyze the coupling relation between economic growth and land use efficiency.Based on coupling theory,we selected five economic growth indexes such as GDP,financial revenue,the secondary industry output,the tertiary industry output,the total investment in fixed assets;eleven land use efficiency indexes such as per sq km total investment in fixed assets,per sq km employment of secondary industry and tertiary industry,per sq km total volume of liquid petrol gas supply,per sq km volume of water supply,per sq km total volume of electricity supply,population density,per capita living floor space,per capita area of city road,per sq km GDP,per sq km secondary industry and tertiary industry output,coverage of green in developed areas,and estimated the comprehensive development level of economic growth and land use efficiency in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone during2003-2013,analyzed the coupling relation and coordinated development degree between economic growth and land use efficiency in each city.At the same time,Based on GIS,we analyzed the spatial difference of coordinated development degree between economic growth and land use efficiency.The results showed that:from2003to2013,it was in good or high levels of coupling stage between land use efficiency and economic development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,but the coordinated degree was low,in six cities,the development degree between economic growth and land use efficiency of Nanning was the highest,in a reluctant coordinate state,the worst was Chongzuo,in a moderate state of imbalance,remaining in a state of mild disorders.
