摘要
剪叶是烟草育苗的重要环节,根据烟苗的长势周期对其进行适当修剪有助于烟苗较好生长。为防止剪叶过程中发生"掉浆、飞叶、漏剪"等问题,YJJY2012-IA型剪叶机改用了速度可调的往复式刀具剪切,但试验证明剪叶效率较低。本文提出用TRIZ创新理论解决该剪叶机效率低的问题,并通过正交试验证明其可行。
Clipping is an important part of tobacco seedling,according to the growth cycle of tobacco seedlings to be appropriate pruning to help the growth of tobacco seedlings.In order to solve the problems of"leaf pulp,pieces and missing",the YJJY2012-IA type leaf cutting machine has been replaced by the adjustable speed reciprocating cutter.But the experimental results show that the efficiency is low,and the TRIZ innovation theory is used to solve the problem of low efficiency.
