一起鸡感染H7N9流感病毒变异株的调查 被引量:2

摘要 [目的 ]通过对鸡H7N9流感病毒(变异株)感染临床解剖特征的描述以及H7N9流感病毒变异株来源的探讨,为今后该病的临床诊断以及防控提供借鉴。[方法 ]采用流行病学调查、临床解剖、实时荧光定量RTPCR、病毒分离测序等方法。[结果 ]病鸡外观症状与解剖症状均明显;H7、H9流感病毒核酸检测阳性;该分离株与2013年分离毒株(A/Anhui/1/2013(H7N9)的HA、NA基因核苷酸同源性分别为97.8%~97.9%、97.8%。[结论 ]鸡的感染死亡是由H7N9流感病毒(变异株)引起的;该变异株引发疫情迅猛,传染速度快,致死率高,应加强对其防控。 [Objective]To explore the clinical features of H7N9influenza virus(mutant)and the recombination possibility of H7vvN9influenza virus mutant,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and disease prevention and control in the future.[Methods]Epidemiological survey,clinical anatomical diagnosis,real-time quantitative RTPCR method,virus isolation sequencing were used.[Results]The appearance and anatomical symptoms of sick chicken were obvious.The results of H7and H9subtype detection were positive.The nucleotide homology of the virus isolates in HA and NA gene of A/Anhui/1/2013(H7N9)were97.9%and97.8%,respectively.[Conclusion]The infectious death of chicken was caused by H7N9influenza virus(mutant).The outbreak caused by this strain was rapid,fast and lethal,and should be strengthened and prevented.
