摘要
充足的护理人员配置是提高医疗服务质量的重要影响因素。通过数据分析近几年我国护理人员的发展趋势(数量和质量层面)及配置现状,发现目前我国护理人员存在地域分布差异缩小,但仍不均衡;医护比"倒置"现象有所改善,但护士缺口仍较严重;基层护理人员供给严重不足等现象及问题,并给予了相应的建议。
Adequate nursing staff allocation is an important factor to improve the quality of medical service.Through the data analysis of the development trend(quantity and quality level)and allocation situation of China's nursing staff in recent years,we inferred that the difference of the regional distribution of the nursing staff was smaller,but still existed;"Upside down"phenomenon of the ratio between doctors and nurses had been improved,but the number of the nurses was still insuffi cient seriously;the shortage of nursing staff in the primary medical institutions was serious.And then we gave some suggestions relatively.
