大型储油库火灾应急预警系统的设计与实现

摘要 在大型储油库火灾预警系统中,温度监控和报警是必不可却的环节。考虑到油库施工安全标准,本文采用光纤光栅温度传感器代替以往的电阻式传感器,在此硬件的基础上,通过小型油罐点火试验,本文通过试验数据得出结论:在灌顶密封圈内布置传感器的最保守间距为3m。系统采用组态王进行上位机软件的开发,实现温度数据的实时监控以及三级温度报警机制(温升报警,温差报警及界限报警)。该系统在大庆南三油库成功试用,为油库消防安全提供了数据保证,同时,采用的三级报警机制为油库消防安全的提供了一定的技术支撑。 The temperature monitoring and alarm is necessary in the fire warning system about large storage depot.According to the safety standards on oil depot construction,this paper uses Fiber Bragg that can grate temperature in stead of the conventional resistive sensor,on the basis of this hardware,this paper draw a conclusion though lgnition test on smaller oil storage tank:the most conservative spacing about sensor placement is3meter in the storage top packing ring.The System developed the PC Software by Kingview,it can monitor the temperature data in real time,and achieve3-level alarm mechanism(the alarm about temperature rising,the alarm about temperature difference and temperature border).This system is used on the NanSan oil depot in DaQing City,it provides data assurance to the oil depot fire safety,meanwhile,adopted3-level alarm mechanism offers certain technical support to the oil depot fire safety.
