基于信息资源规划及面向服务架构的国土资源服务化研究

Research on Land Resource Service Based on Information Resource Planning and Service-oriented Architecture

为屏蔽国土资源的复杂性、异构性,解决国土资源集成共享面临的资源成长性、用户不确定性问题,文章阐述了基于信息资源规划成果面向服务架构技术对国土公共资源进行抽取、服务化封装,提出了通过资源服务化建立敏捷、高效的资源集成、共享机制,实现国土资源在部门内以及跨部门、跨业务的信息集成共享。

In order to shield the complexity and heterogeneity of land resources,to solve the problem of resource growth and user uncertainty faced by land and resources integration and sharing,this paper expounds the extraction of land and public resources based on information resource planning,service-oriented technology,Service encapsulation,put forward through the resource service to establish agile,efficient resource integration,sharing mechanism,to achieve land and resources in the sector as well as cross-sectoral,cross-business information integration and sharing.
