摘要 大规模新能源电力消纳是当前电力系统亟待解决的问题。根据当前新能源发电并网情况,在结合当前电力系统发展现状的基础上,从我国电源结构、新能源发电特性、新能源电力调度模式、新能源电力外送能力以及新能源与传统能源发电间的经济问题共五个方面,总结了阻碍新能源消纳的影响因素;针对各影响因素,列举欧美新能源发电较为发达的国家其相应的解决措施;借鉴国外消纳大规模新能源电力的成功经验,提出针对我国当前及未来电力系统发展趋势可采取的消纳大规模新能源电力的措施。 In China,large-scale renewable energy generation consumption is a serious problem in current power system.According to the state of renewable energy generation connecting to the grid and based on the development of current power system,the factors influencing renewable energy generation consumption were summarized from five aspects including China power structure,renewable energy generation characteristics,scheduling strategies of renewable energy generation,the capacity of grid delivering renewable energy generation and the economic issue between renewable energy generation and conventional generation.For each factor,some solutions which well-developed renewable energy generation countries in Europe and America have taken were listed.Learning from the successful experience of other countries,some measures can be taken to solve large-scale renewable energy generation consumption according to China current and future development trend of power system were proposed.
