经阴道三维超声定量指标在评估女性患者卵巢储备功能中的应用价值分析

Value of Transvaginal Three-dimensional Ultrasonography in Assessing Ovarian Reserve Function in Female Patients

目的:探讨经阴道三维超声定量指标评估女性患者卵巢储备功能中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析55例卵巢储备功能下降患者和55例卵巢储备功能正常患者的临床资料,将两组患者分为观察组和对照组。采用阴道三维超声对两组患者的卵巢功能进行定量测量,比较两组患者的窦卵泡数(AFC)、卵巢体积(OV)、卵巢基质血管化指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、彩色强度总和(VFI)。结果:观察组和对照组患者的一般资料均无差异(P>0.05);观察组AFC、OV、VI、FI、VFI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道三维超声能准确、快速判断卵巢储备功能是否异常,是检查卵巢的一种有效的筛查手段。

Objective:To evaluate the value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography in assessing ovarian reserve function in female patients.Methods:The clinical data of55patients with normal ovarian reserve function and55patients with ovarian reserve function were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group.(AFC),ovarian volume(OV),ovarian stromal vascularization index(VI),blood flow index(FI),color ntensity sum(VFI)were measured by vaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography.Results:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of AFC,OV,VI,FI and VFI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound can accurately and quickly determine whether the ovarian reserve function is abnormal and is an effective screening method for checking ovaries.
