摘要
以现今陶瓷生产用的通用原料,采用正交设计进行实验,得出广钧釉料呈色规律。在一定组成范围,其釉的呈色效果比较理想。通过直观分析,影响面釉呈色的因素大小依次为石英、Ca3(PO4)2、氧化钴和氧化锌。底釉的呈色元素对于面釉呈色影响较大。因此获得石湾钧蓝釉的最优配比,为石湾仿钧釉的下一步仿制提供了参考。
The coloring mechanism of Guangjun blue glaze prepared with the general raw materials in modern ceramic production wasexplored through the orthogonal experiments.The results show that the coloring of Guangjun blue glaze is desirable for a fairly wide rangeof components.The factor analysis indicates,arranged by their influence on the surface glaze in decreasing order,the coloring factors arequartz,Ca3(PO4)2,CoO and ZnO.The coloring elements of the base glaze have greatly affected the color of the surface glaze.Thus,the bestcomposition of Shiwan Jun blue glaze can be obtained to provide reference for better imitating Foshan Shiwan Guangjun glaze.
