一种新型液体输送泵的输送性能模拟 被引量:6

摘要 在工业能耗中,泵的能耗所占比例居高不下,为了降低能耗,浙江大学制冷与低温研究所提出了一种新型液体输送泵,该泵原理和结构新颖,具有较高的节能潜力。本文在介绍新型液体输送泵的基础上,通过建立泵的理论模型对泵进行了CFD模拟。模拟中采用水为输送液体,研究了对接过程中液体输送质量流量的变化过程,以及不同转子材料和不同通道形式对输送液体质量的影响。结果显示,亲水性材料相比疏水性材料,对接滞后(克服表面张力)时间更短,更有利于液体输送;液体在通道中输送先后存在克服表面张力、重力加速、减速、以及克服表面张力过程;比较发现,扇形通道比圆形通道更加有利于液体输送。模拟结果对新型泵体的材料选择、通道形式设计以及后续试验研究具有指导意义。 Electricity-driven liquid pumps characterize high power consumption.A new type of liquid delivery pump drivenby low grade waste heat proposed by Institute of Refrigeration and Cryogenics of Zhejiang University has the potential of energysaving.CFD method is utilized to analyze the flux characteristics of the new liquid pump to prove the feasibility of the new pumpin structure.In addition,transport quality influenced by different rotor material as well as different channel and the change ofconveying velocity is studied as well.The result shows that the docking lag(to overcome the surface tension)time of hydrophilicmaterial is shorter and that the liquid in channel exit four process(overcome surface tension;speed up;deceleration;overcomesurface tension)and that compared to round channel,the flux scale of sector is more efficient.The simulation has guidingsignificance for material selection,channel form selection and fellow up experiment of the new pump.
