风圈式风量调节阀阻力特性的模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究风圈式风量调节阀阻力系数与阀门开度半径的函数关系,以DN200的风圈式风量调节阀为研究对象,运用FLUENT对其进行数值模拟,对不同开度半径下的阀门流场和阻力系数进行分析,得到了阀门阻力系数与阀门开度半径的函数关系式。结果表明:阀门开度半径大于0.05m时,阻力系数小并且曲线变化平缓,阀门开度半径小于0.05m时,阻力系数大并且曲线陡峭变化,阀门阻力系数随着阀门开度半径减小呈指数性增长。 In order to establish the relationship between the resistance coefficient and the valve opening radius of the DN200airringflow regulating valve,the flow fields of this valve are numerically simulated by FLUENT.Secondly,the flow field and resistancecoefficient of the valve under different opening radius were analyzed on the basis of the data from numerical calculations.Finally,it was concluded that the function relation between the resistance coefficient of the valve and the valve opening radius.The resultsshows that:(1)when the valve opening radius is greater than0.05m,the resistance coefficient is small and the curve is smooth;(2)when the valve opening radius is less than0.05m,the resistance coefficient is large and the curve is steep,furthermore,the resistancecoefficient of the valve increases with the decrease of the valve opening radius in a exponential law.
