基于三维激光扫描的盾构隧道横向变形指标研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用三维激光扫描技术对某运营期盾构隧道段(含联络通道)进行全空间变形检测,通过数据处理获得每环隧道横断面全周变形值,结合现场勘察隧道裂缝、错台和渗漏水等病害情况,分析隧道横向变形与隧道结构性能的关系。研究结果表明:运营期隧道结构变形模式为斜鸭蛋形;在盾构隧道长轴(或短轴)变形量小于0.3%D(椭圆度小于0.6%)时,隧道无渗漏、管片无破坏及错台现象;在盾构隧道长轴(或短轴)变形量大于0.3%D但小于1%D(椭圆度大于0.6%但小于1%)时,隧道逐渐出现渗漏、管片破坏和错台等病害;在盾构隧道长轴(或短轴)变形量大于1%D(椭圆度大于1%)时,隧道出现大量渗漏浆、管片破坏及错台现象。研究成果对于制定隧道检测计划、完善隧道设计规范中的相关规定等有一定的参考价值。 Three-dimensional laser scanning technology was applied to detecting structural deformation,and a fullring tunnel deformation structure was obtained after data processing method.The relationship between ovalsection of tunnel structure and tunnel health was analyzed,combined with site survey detection,tunnel crack,dislocation,water leakage and others diseases situation.Research shows that,tunnel deformation mode is obliqueOval.When Oval of shield tunnel is less than0.3%D,tunnel doesn’t have the problems like leakage,segmentdestruction and dislocation.When Oval of shield tunnel is more than0.3%D and less than1.0%D,phenomena ofleakage,segment destruction and dislocation gradually appear.When Oval of shield tunnel is more than1.0%D,leakage,segment destruction and dislocation affect tunnel greatly.This research is beneficial for tunnel detectingprogram making,and consummating some relevant provisions of tunnel design specification.
