摘要
目前,表面形貌的分析大多为二维分析,而采用二维粗糙度参数评价会丢失大量的信息,不能对继电器触头表面进行合理评价。为了能更准确表达触头的表面形貌,应用三维形貌测量仪对额定负载条件下动作20万次的铁路继电器的2对动、静触头进行观测,利用最小二乘法建立三维形貌基准面,得到粗糙度表面函数,结合电弧对触头的影响,分析触头的表面形貌参数,分别得出触头表面形貌、电弧和三维参数彼此间的联系。
At present,the analysis of surface topography is mostly2D analysis.The use of2D roughnessparameter evaluation will lose a lot of information,which can not be a reasonable evaluation of the relay contactsurface.In order to express the contact surface topography more accurately,3D shape measuring instrument wasused to observe the two pairs of dynamic and static contact of the railway relay with the rated load of200,000times in this paper.The least square method was used to establish the3D topography Datum Plane.Then thesurface topography parameters of the contact were analyzed.Combined with the impact of the arc on the contact,the relationship between the contact surface morphology,arc and3D parameters were obtained by analyzing thecontact surface topography parameters.
