摘要 以Sm_2O_3、Nd_2O_3、La_2O_3和CeO_2为原料,采用固相反应法成功制备了具有单一萤石结构的(Sm_(0.5)Nd_(0.5-x)La_x)_2Ce_2O_7系列陶瓷材料。所制备材料组织结构致密,晶界清晰。由于基质原子与取代原子之间离子半径差随La掺杂量增加而逐渐增大,其热导率随La掺杂量增加而降低,但均低于Sm_2Ce_2O_7。同时由于Nd和La相对较大的离子半径,该系列陶瓷热膨胀系数随La掺杂量增加而增大,但其热膨胀系数均大于YSZ陶瓷。 Pure(Sm0.5Nd0.5-xLax)2Ce2O7ceramics with single fluorite-type structure were prepared successfully by solid reaction method usingSm2O3,Nd2O3,La2O3and CeO2as reactants.The synthesized products has densified microstructure and the grain boundaries are very clean.Because of the increasing ionic-radius difference between the substituting and substituted atoms,the thermal conductivity increase graduallywith the increasing content of La-doping content,and their thermal conductivity is lower than that of Sm2Ce2O7.The thermal expansioncoefficient increases gradually due to the relatively high ionic-radius of Nd and La,and their thermal expansion coefficient is greater than thatof YSZ.
