综合隆鼻术后两种包扎方法的比较观察

Comparative observation of two bandaging methods after augmentation rhinoplasty

目的探讨综合隆鼻术后两种包扎方法的效果对比。方法对我科2015年1月~2016年12月釆用硅胶假体结合耳软骨垫进行综合隆鼻术共138例,术后采用两种方法包扎固定,根据术后包扎方式不同分为观察组(使用3M医用纸胶带)与对照组,并对两种包扎方法对患者假体移位、皮下血肿发生情况及术后满意度进行比较。结果经过统计发现,观察组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组术后医患双方满意度明显高于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合隆鼻术后利用3M医用纸胶带根据鼻部形态,从鼻尖到鼻背叠瓦状排列呈梯形压迫固定,有效减少了综合隆鼻术后假体移位、皮下血肿的发生率,并减少肿胀,从而促进术后恢复,医患双方满意度高,效果明显,值得推广。

Objective To compare the effect of two bandaging Methods after augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods Select138cases during2015.1~2016.12in our department who used silicone prosthesis combined with auricular cartilage pad comprehensive rhinoplasty surgery,and using two according to the postoperative dressing bandage,divided into observation group(using3M medical paper tape)and control group.Two kinds of dressing were compared with the patients with false displacement,subcutaneous hematoma and postoperative satisfaction.Results The incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group patients in the observation group(P<0.05),the patients in the observation group satisfaction of both doctors and patients was significantly higher than the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rhinoplasty with3M medical tape based on nasal morphology,from nose to nose back imbricated trapezoidal compression fixed,effectively reduce the comprehensive rhinoplasty after prosthesis displacement,the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma,and reduce swelling,promote postoperative recovery,patient satisfaction is high,the effect is obvious worthy of promotion.
