自体颗粒脂肪(分层注射)在全面部年轻化中的应用观察

Application Observation of Autologous Granule Fat(Stratified Injection) in Making Full-scale Younger

目的探讨自体颗粒脂肪(分层注射)在全面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法选取在我院就诊的61例面部老化女性患者,抽取其下腹部或大腿前外侧脂肪,浅层注射其鼻唇沟、唇峰及人中等老化部位。比较注射后医师评价、患者自评及第三方评价优良率,并对比注射前后患者生活质量。结果注射后,医师评价优良率、患者自评优良率及第三方评价优良率均高于90%;注射后生活质量(QOL)评分高于注射前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体颗粒脂肪分层注射在全面部年轻化中应用效果良好,可较大程度改善患者面部老化现象,同时有效提高面部老化患者QOL评分。

Objective To investigate the application effect of autologous granule Fat(Stratified Injection)in making full-scale younger.Methods We selected61female patients with facial aging in our hospital and extracted their lower abdomen or anterolateral thigh fat.And the middle aged parts of nasolabial fold,lip peak and philtrum were injected into the superficial layer.The excellent and good rate of post-injection physician evaluation,patient self-evaluation and third-party evaluation were compared.And compare the quality of life before and after injection.Results After the injection,the excellent and good rate of physician evaluation,patients selfevaluation and third-party evaluation were higher than90%.The quality of life(QOL)score after injection was higher than that before injection(P<0.05).and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of autologous granule Fat(Stratified Injection)in full-scale young is good.It Can greatly improve the patient's facial aging phenomenon,and effectively improve the QOL score of patients with facial aging.
