内窥镜技术在腋窝切口乳房填充术中的应用

Application of endoscopic technique in breast incision with axillary incision

目的分析内窥镜技术在腋窝切口乳房填充术中的应用效果。方法选择在我院进行腋窝切口乳房填充术的患者(共130例)作为此次研究分析的对象,并在术中给予本组全部患者应用内窥镜技术,观察分析术后效果。结果全部患者均成功安全地完成手术,其中,患者在术中的手术时间较短,且术后并发症的发生几率较低,仅为3.08%,优良率为98.46%;对全部患者进行为期6个月的随访,发现患者乳房形态良好,且假体未出现移位的现象。结论将内窥镜技术应用于腋窝切口乳房填充术中,不仅能获取较为显著的效果,还能缩短手术时间,减少出血量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of endoscopic technique in axillary incision breast filling surgery.Methods The axillary incision breast augmentation patients in our hospital(130cases)as the research object analysis,and disposing all patients in this group used in intraoperative,postoperative observation and analysis of effect.Results All patients were successfully completed surgery,the operation time of patients in the intraoperative and postoperative complications is short,the probability is low(3.08%),the excellent rate was98.46%;for all the patients followed up for6months,found that patients with good breast shape,and the prosthesis does not appear shift phenomenon.Conclusion Endoscopic technique applied in axillary incision breast filling surgery can not only obtain more significant Results,but also shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding,so it is worth popularizing.
