烧伤外科深度创面修复手术的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of deep wound repair in burn surgery

目的探究分析烧伤外科深度创面修复手术的疗效。方法:择取2010年5月至2017年5月于我院烧伤外科就诊的188例患者(286处创面)进行研究,按照创面病损原因进行分组,可分为热力烧伤组、特殊烧伤组、非烧伤组,分别为131处、86处、69处创面;按照手术时间进行分组,可分为早期手术组、非早期手术组,分别为33处、253处创面;按照手术方式进行分组,可分为一期修复组和延期修复组,分别为241处、45处创面;按照创面不同进行分组,可分为非难愈性创面组、难愈性创面组,分别为118处、168处创面,分析临床效果。结果 59处创面接受缝合术治疗;313处创面接受皮片移植术治疗;28处创面接受异种皮覆盖术以及负压持续吸引、清创术治疗。早期手术组患者皮片愈合效果明显比非早期手术组患者好;延期修复组患者的皮片愈合效果明显比一期修复组患者的效果好;非难愈性创面组患者皮片愈合效果明显比难愈性创面组患者好。结论针对烧伤患者,应以其具体情况选择适宜的手术方式,保证手术效果。

Objective To investigate and analyze the curative effect of deep burn repair in burn surgery.Methods We selected f188patients in the treatment of burn surgery in our hospital(286wounds)rom May2010to May2017,were grouped according to the wound of reasons,can be divided into thermal burn group,burn group,special non burn group,were131,86,69wounds were grouped according to the operation time;can be divided into the early surgery group,non early surgery group,were33,253wounds;according to the surgical group,can be divided into primary repair group and delayed repair group were241,45wounds;wound were grouped according to the different,can be divided into non wound group,refractory wound group were118,168wounds,clinical effect analysis.Results59wounds underwent suture treatment;38wounds to accept all kinds of skin flap;275wounds received skin grafting treatment;28wounds received xenogeneous covering and pressure continues to attract,debridement.Conclusion For burn patients with deep burn wound repair surgery can achieve good Results,postoperative wound healing faster,with significant clinical value.
