指动脉背侧穿支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of vertebral dorsal perforation propeller flap on repairing skin defect of finger

目的探讨指动脉背侧穿支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的临床疗效及应用价值。方法回顾性分析2015年6月-2016年12月在我院接受手术治疗的手指皮肤缺损患者的临床资料,均采取指动脉背侧穿支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手术治疗,记录患者治疗效果。结果所有患者移植皮瓣均成活,所有患者随访6-14个月,平均随访时间8.66±1.03月,患者供血区域未出现瘢痕萎缩,未发生指间关节功能障碍。经末次随访后评定优17例,良13例,可3例,差1例,优良率为88.24%。结论采取指动脉背侧穿支螺旋桨皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损可以防止损伤主干血管,皮瓣修复患指外观效果良好,临床疗效满意,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of the dorsal perforation propeller flap for repairing finger skin defects.Methods Retrospective analysis of June2015-December2016in our hospital for surgical treatment of finger skin defects in patients with clinical data,are taken to refer to the arterial dorsal perforation of the propeller flap repair surgery,record the treatment of patients.Results All patients were transplanted with flap.All patients were followed up for6-14months.The mean follow-up time was8.46±0.3months.There was no scar atrophy in the blood supply area.No interphalangeal joint dysfunction occurred.After the last follow-up assessment of excellent17cases,good in13cases,3cases,poor in1case,excellent rate was88.24%.Conclusion To take the dorsal perforation of the arterial flap to repair the skin defects of the fingers can prevent damage to the trunk blood vessels,flap repair affected by the appearance of good Results,clinical efficacy is satisfactory,with clinical value.
