摘要 目的本次对烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者应用压力治疗的远期影响进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的烧伤患者40例作为观察组,对其进行压力治疗;同时选取同期入院的烧伤患者40例,其因各种原因而无法进行压力治疗,将其设为对照组。结果观察组瘢痕较对照组而言更薄,并且生长的周期更短。结论对于烧伤后增生性瘢痕的患者采用压力治疗能够降低瘢痕生长的时间,效促进瘢痕提前成熟。 Objective To investigate the long-term effects of stress therapy on hypertrophic scars in burned patients.Methods Selecting our hospital40cases of burn patients as the experimental group,the pressure of the treatment of burn patients;40cases were selected at the same time,the pressure for various reasons can not be treated as control group.Results The scar in the experimental group was thinner than that in the control group,and the cycle of growth was shorter.Conclusion The pressure treatment can reduce the time of scar growth and promote the premature maturation of scar in patients with hypertrophic scar after burn.
