颜面部创伤急诊整形修复研究

Study on emergency plastic restoration of facial trauma

目的探讨颜面部创伤急诊整形修复方法及效果。方法选取我院近两年门诊及住院的50例颜面部创伤急诊患者,所有患者均按照整形美容外科的治疗原则,接受清创、止血等,并依照皮纹走向接受游离植皮、美容针线分层缝合和"Z"字改型手术及皮瓣转移等治疗办法,观察愈后患者手术效果、切口恢复情况、颜面部及器官康复状况。结果所有患者急诊整形修复术均顺利进行,患者伤口较快愈合,拆线时间为(6.02±2.11)d;患者半年随访结果显示,2例患者由于疤痕体质而表现出明显的瘢痕,其余患者瘢痕基本不明显,患者未出现畸形愈合及器官移位现象。结论在治疗修复颜面部创伤急诊患者时,依照美容外科的治疗原则,给予患者针对性的治疗措施,可以促进颜面部外观改善,达到理想的美容修复效果。

Objective To explore the method and effect of plastic surgery for repairing facial trauma.Methods Selecting50cases in our hospital in recent years outpatient and of facial trauma patients,all patients were treated in accordance with the principle of plastic surgery and underwent debridement,hemostasis,and in accordance with the skin to accept skin grafts,beauty needle layered the word"Z"modified suture and flap transfer surgery and treatment,patients were observed after surgery,recovery of incision,facial organs and rehabilitation status.Results All patients were successfully performed plastic surgery for repair of wound healing,fast,clearing time for(6.02±2.11)d patients six months follow-up Results;showed that2patients due to physical scars and obvious scar,the rest of the patients without obvious scars,there were no malunion and organ displacement phenomenon.Conclusion In the treatment of facial repair According to the principle of cosmetic surgery,patients with traumatic emergency treatment can improve the facial appearance and achieve the ideal cosmetic effect
