纳米微针导入联合Elos技术治疗面部敏感性皮肤100例临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨纳米微针导入伊肤泉舒敏套组联合Elos技术治疗面部敏感性皮肤的有效性和安全性。方法面部敏感皮肤患者200例,随机分为试验组(100例)和对照组(100例),所有症状明显患者均给予口服抗组胺药物和外用硼酸溶液冷湿敷。试验组患者在Elos技术治疗后当天同时使用纳米微针导入伊肤泉舒敏套组,对照组仅给予Elos技术治疗。每月治疗一次,5次一疗程,每次治疗前后评价2组疗效。治疗后对所有患者进行随访4周观察其复发率。根据患者临床症状和体征(包括面部红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张程度)进行疗效评判。结果治疗一个疗程后,试验组有效率为85%,对照组有效率为72%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访后发现试验组复发率(17.65%)明显较对照组(36.11%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论纳米微针导入伊肤泉舒敏套组联合Elos技术治疗面部敏感性皮肤疗效较好,安全性高。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of micro-needle therapy system and electro-optical synergytechnology combined treatment of sensitive skin.Methods200patients diagnosed as sensitive skin were recruited and randomized into experimental group(100cases)and control group(100cases).All patients who had obvious symptoms were given oral antihistamine drugs and topical cold wet apply boric acid solution.The experimental group patients after Elos technology treatment on the same day at the same time using micro-needle into the skin spring tramal group and the control group only Elos technology was given.Treat once treatment a month,five times a period,evaluating the effect of two groups before and after each treatment.After treatment for4weeks all patients were followed up to observe the recurrence rate.According to the patients clinical symptoms and signs,including facial erythema,scales,itching,capillary expansion degree)in curative effect evaluation.Results After one period treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was85%,while the control group effective rate was72%,the curative effect difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After follow-up found that the experimental group recurrence rate(17.65%)was obviously lower than the control group(36.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All the patients have no severe adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion The curative effect of micro-needle therapy system combined electro-optical synergytechnologytreatsensitive skin was better and the treatment has high safety.
