CO_2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的疗效分析

Efficacy of CO_2 lattice laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of facial acne scars

目的分析CO_2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法选取88例来我院就医的面部痤疮瘢痕患者,选取时间在2015年12月18日-2017年3月18日,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为2组,分别给予CO_2点阵激光、CO_2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗,对比2组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应、痂皮脱落时间、误工时间。结果观察组患者治愈例数有35例、痂皮脱落时间为(6.11±1.24)天、误工时间为(6.55±2.27)天、满意程度评分为(92.20±3.34)分、不良反应发生率为9.09%;对照组患者治愈例数有20例、痂皮脱落时间为(9.54±2.20)天、误工时间为(11.23±3.30)天、满意程度评分为(80.75±4.05)分、不良反应发生率为29.55%。P<0.05,差异较为显著。结论 CO_2点阵激光联合硅酮凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of CO2lattice laser combined with silicone gel on facial acne scar.Methods Eighty-eight patients with facial acne scars were selected from December18,2015to March18,2015.They were divided into two groups by dynamic randomized single-pair grouping,CO2lattice laser,CO2lattice laser combined with silicone gel treatment,compared with the two groups of patients with total effective rate of treatment,adverse reactions,crust shedding time,working time.Results Patients in the observation group were cured35cases,decrustation time was(6.11±1.24)days,the delay time is(6.55±2.27)days,satisfaction score was(92.20±3.34),the incidence of adverse reaction was9.09%;the control group patients were cured in20cases,decrustation time for(9.54±2.20)days,the delay time is(11.23+3.30)days,satisfaction score was(80.75±4.05)points,the adverse reaction rate was29.55%.P<0.05,the difference is more obvious.Conclusion CO2lattice laser combined with silicone gel has a certain value in the treatment of facial acne scar.
