重组人表皮生长因子在二氧化碳激光治疗痤疮后瘢痕的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察分析重组人表皮生长因子在二氧化碳激光治疗痤疮后瘢痕的应用价值。方法将2015年7月-2017年5月期间在我院实施二氧化碳激光治疗的痤疮患者进行统计,从中抽取92例作为观察对象,并根据数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组分配46例。其中对照组患者治疗后的创面通过抗菌素凡士林纱布覆盖,观察组患者治疗后的创面通过重组人表皮生长因子纱布覆盖;观察两组患者的主观感受、创面渗出物和愈合时间等情况。结果观察组患者的疼痛率、愈合时间、色素沉着率、TEWL和SCORAD评法均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的创面渗出物情况优于对照组。结论在二氧化碳激光治疗痤疮瘢痕后使用重组人表皮生长因子,有助于创面皮肤生长,减少愈合时间,增加愈合质量,有较高应用价值。 Objective To observe and analyze the application values of recombinant human growth factor in the treatment of scar after laser treatment of acne.Methods92cases of patients with acne and who implemented the carbon dioxide laser treatment in our hospital from July,2015to May,2017were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital method,with46cases in each group.The control group of patients were covered with antibiotic Vaseline gauze after treatment of the wound,while the observation group were covered with recombinant human growth factor gauze after treatment of the wound.Then,the subjective feelings,wound exudate and healing time of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The pain rate,healing time,pigmentation rate,TEWL and SCORAD evaluation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The exudation of wound surface in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion The use of recombinant human growth factor after CO2laser treatment of acne scars,which it is beneficial to the growth of wound skin,reduce the healing time and increase the healing quality,thus it have higher application value.
