中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常性银屑病疗效分析

Efficacy of Chinese medicine bath combined with narrow band ultraviolet B in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法选取本院2015年3月至2017年1月收治的寻常性银屑病患者100例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(中药药浴+窄谱中波紫外线)及对照组(单纯实施窄谱中波紫外线),各50例,对比两组治疗后炎症因子水平及疗效。结果治疗后,观察组各炎症因子指标水平较对照组低,临床治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论中药药浴与窄谱中波紫外线联合治疗寻常性银屑病疗效确切,患者炎症反应显著减轻,且不会增加其用药不良反应,安全有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine bath combined with narrow band ultraviolet B(NBUVB)in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods100patients with psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital from March2015to January2017were selected,and they were divided into observation group(Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB)and control group(NB-UVB)by treatment Methods,with50cases in each group.After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the total effective rate was higher than control group(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is effective,it can significantly reduce inflammatory response and not add drug adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.
